Thanks John, so are we. Feel free to join us on mic for an episode.
I know I must’ve heard this one before but what struck me about this one is how God prepared a “land” for His people and through imperfect vessels, got them there in one piece. However, it was for the purpose of the incarnation of their promised Messiah, whom they for the most part, missed. Jesus was the land and they kept thinking about the place on a map and still do. For us, we are likewise roaming about the world without a “land” to call our own. But! Christ is our land, –our destination. Just as Israel was to seek a land whence their Messiah would manifest to them, after years 4000, we too are seeking our “land” who is Christ. Our leader is the Holy Spirit and not a man like Moses or David. We have the true leader to guide into that land.
Heb 11: 10~ For he was looking forward to the city with foundations, whose architect and builder is God.
